Thick Richards ships eligible products within the United States, subject to applicable federal, state, and local restrictions.
We do not ship internationally.
Orders are generally processed within three business days after payment clears and all information required to fulfill the order has been received.
Processing times are estimates and may vary due to inventory, compliance verification, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances.
Firearms requiring an FFL transfer will be shipped to an appropriately licensed FFL in accordance with applicable law.
Customers must provide or arrange for the required receiving-FFL information before the firearm can ship.
Failure to provide required FFL information may delay or result in cancellation of the order.
Customers should contact their chosen FFL before ordering to confirm:
Firearms will be shipped only to an address that Thick Richards has verified as appropriate for the receiving FFL under applicable requirements.
The customer’s residential shipping address entered during checkout does not authorize direct shipment of a firearm to that address.
Ammunition, magazines, firearm components, and other regulated products will only be shipped where lawful.
Age verification, identification, permits, signatures, or other documentation may be required depending on the product and destination.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product cannot lawfully be shipped to the requested destination.
Apparel and other unrestricted merchandise may generally be shipped directly to the customer’s shipping address.
Some merchandise may be fulfilled separately from firearms and may arrive in different packages or on different dates.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or communicated before shipment.
Additional charges may apply to firearms, ammunition, oversized products, insured shipments, adult-signature services, or other products requiring specialized handling.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking showing delivery to an FFL means the firearm has been delivered to the dealer. It does not mean that the purchaser has completed the legal transfer or may take possession of the firearm.
Customers or receiving FFLs should inspect packages and products promptly upon delivery.
If a firearm appears damaged or materially incorrect, do not complete the transfer and contact Thick Richards promptly.
Visible shipping damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.
